PMC Procurement Specialist
BizLink is seeking a highly organized PMC Procurement Specialist to synchronize material control with dynamic production demands. You will manage inventory levels across all product stages, execute purchasing and outsourcing orders, and drive cost competitiveness through RFQs. This role is essential for maintaining a lean supply chain and ensuring our manufacturing lines operate at peak efficiency while meeting global shipping targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage material control based on orders, work orders, and forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods to meet production requirements and customer shipping schedules.
- Execute material purchasing orders to ensure all components arrive at the factory with uncompromised quality and on-time delivery.
- Manage outsourcing processing orders and coordinate with external partners to ensure quality standards and timely fulfillment.
- Assist in the RFQ process to obtain competitive pricing and support the team in securing cost-effective solutions.
- Process system-related documentation and manage administrative flows within the ERP environment.
- Support the optimization of system processes and contribute to the development and revision of internal control management policies.
- Execute other professional tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in PMC, material control, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Strong proficiency in SAP, MRP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven capability in shipping management, production scheduling, and delivery timeline control to sustain assembly line operations.
- Demonstrated experience in production cost control and material estimation for labor and components.
- Skilled in production process control, coordination, and following up on production progress to achieve output targets.
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting forecasts and managing inventory water levels effectively.
