As a PM Senior Specialist/Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive new project information from PM kickoff, and discuss development schedule and work details with the project team.
- Responsible for the complete life cycle management of the project from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to closure.
- Clearly define the project scope, objectives, milestones and delivery standards, develop detailed project plans and control progress.
- Effectively identify project risks, formulate and implement risk management plans, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
- Coordinate and communicate across departments to ensure proper allocation and integration of resources and solve problems encountered during project execution.
- Regularly track and report project progress, control project costs and quality, and ensure that predetermined goals are achieved.
- Lead and guide the project team, cultivate team spirit and improve team performance.
- Assist the organization to optimize internal project management processes and systems, provide improvement suggestions, and promote continuous improvement.
- Matters assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Be able to express yourself and have good logical ability, be able to handle several projects simultaneously and communicate with the team.
- Highly motivated and proactive in tracking project progress.
- Good integration ability, able to carry out work projects in parallel and adjust work sequencing appropriately.
- Experience in project management or manufacturing is a plus.
