Patent senior engineer
As a Patent Senior Engineer, you will drive the strategy and execution of our intellectual property rights (IPR), responsible for conducting in-depth patent analysis, managing the end-to-end patent application process with internal and external counsel, and maintaining our global IP portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Search for patent and prior use of related technology.
- Analyze the differences between existing technology and patent claims.
- Handle IPR applications with internal inventors and patent attorneys.
- Maintain the effectiveness of IPRs.
- Conduct and review license agreements.
- Other administrative affairs instructed by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in the electronics field for patent preparation and prosecution.
- Solid patent search and draft experience.
- Highlevel writing skills in English; capable of drafting application and responding to OA in English.
- Patent attorney registered in US, China and/or Taiwan will be a plus.
- TIPS certificate will be a plus.
- Using Google Workplace tools.
