Key Responsibilities:

Training and promotion of Operational excellence in cost, quality, process, and management related.
Facilitate Lean Production development.
Drive on Process Continuous Improvement.
Other assignment by the management team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in economics, mechanical, or related majors in management.
Above 3 5 years working experience in multiple international industries, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Good interpersonal communication ability.
has strong self-discipline and self-motivation.
independent working ability and under pressure.
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Familiar with AI, RPA is a plus.
