As an ME Supervisor, you'll lead the mechanical engineering team's R&D efforts, overseeing product design feasibility, guiding mold and NPI processes, and managing engineer performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational development project leadership.
  • Product ID and mechanism design feasibility evaluation and review.
  • Mold design DFM evaluation and mold test confirmation.
  • NPI trial production problem point review and improvement processing.
  • Technical research, evaluation, and cross-disciplinary teamwork to achieve program goals.
  • Formulate a work plan and effectively supervise and manage engineers' work.
  • Standardized information and process modification of the organization unit specification.
  • Organize the implementation of the function, supervision, and control of the development process indicators, to complete the established goals.
  • internal staff performance appraisal, the implementation of colleagues' skills training, and heritage talent development.
  • English ability: English professional reports, communication with customers, and professional knowledge.
  • Cooperate with the company's domestic and international business trips.

Job Requirements

  • More than 8 years of R&D experience.
  • Years of experience in electronic or industrial computer product or system product development.
  • Have the ability to plan the overall structure and develop independently.
  • Understanding of metal die-casting/stamping/plastic product-related processes and mold manufacturing.
  • Ability to analyze and solve organizational problems.
  • Pro/E (CREO) drawing design skills.
