As an institutional engineer, you will be responsible for product institutional design to ensure product feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product structure design and structural evaluation.
- Material selection and testing.
- Drawing design dimensions and tolerance analysis
- Internal communication.
- Create DFx, e.g., tooling, reliability, process, cost.
- NPI issue compilation or resolution.
Job Requirements
- An associate degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of design experience at a relevant institution.
- Proficiency in Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 0 (Pro/E WF-0), AutoCAD, and other design software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office applications.
- Familiarity with relevant simulation software is a plus.
