Logistics staff
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Staff member to manage import and export customs clearance operations for our interconnect solutions. This role is critical to ensuring seamless international shipments and strict adherence to Export Processing Enterprise (EPE) regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate within multinational cross-border teams and interface extensively with external freight forwarders and customs authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments.
- Prepare, review, and manage import/export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (C/O), Bill of Lading (B/L), Customs Declaration, and other related documents.
- Monitor customs clearance progress and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely shipment delivery.
- Prepare customs finalization reports, manage the Bill of Materials (BOM), and control raw material usage in compliance with regulations applicable to Export Processing Enterprises (EPEs).
- Liaise with Customs authorities to resolve customs-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- College degree or above in Import & Export, International Trade, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Import & Export role within an Export Processing Enterprise (EPE) or an electronics manufacturing company.
- Solid knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, customs finalization reports, and processing/export manufacturing customs regimes.
- Proficient in using VNACCS/VCIS, ECUS, or other customs declaration software.
- Good command of Chinese or English for daily business communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
