Jr. Account Manager
The Jr. Account Manager serves as a key liaison for business partners and customers within the electrotechnical and manufacturing sectors. This role ensures seamless cross-departmental business processes and monitors customer deliveries against requested timelines. The manager handles order planning analysis, import and export customs documentation, and logistics coordination, while actively resolving complaints and claims to achieve established operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication with the company's business partners and customers.
- Meeting established goals / achieving set targets.
- Collaborating with the team and ensuring a smooth business process for other departments.
- Monitoring the fulfillment of customer deliveries in relation to the requested delivery date.
- Processing, analyzing, and reporting on the status of order planning.
- Processing logistics and customs documentation for export and import.
- Handling complaints/claims and organizing logistics services.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an electrotechnical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Active English.
