Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)
The Internal Sales Representative at BizLink acts as the crucial link between our international customers and internal operations. This role manages the entire "Order-to-Cash" cycle, ensuring commercial compliance, exceptional customer service, and smooth administrative workflows within our dynamic electronic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent processing of quotations and orders for national and international customers, including correspondence in German and English (including checking customer requirements, preparing quotations, processing orders through to delivery, and preparing invoices and credit notes)
- Checking and creating new customer accounts (including export control, credit checks, risk assessment, and compliance with sales tax regulations)
- Maintaining and continuously checking customer master data
- Monitoring and ensuring on-time delivery
- Active tracking of quotations
- Processing customer complaints in coordination with customers and internal departments
- Processing repair and analysis procedures (evaluating returned products and preparing corresponding quotations)
- Receivables management (monitoring open items, collecting overdue invoices, coordinating with customers and internal departments)
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- Experience in internal sales
- Confident use of MS Office
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Independent and structured approach to work, ability to work under pressure, team player and organizational skills
