High-Speed & High-Frequency Cable Engineer
This position is responsible for the research and development of the company's high-speed products and is mainly based in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake R&D of high-speed cables, mainly including internal cables for PCIE 5.0/6.0/7.0, DAC, AEC and other high-speed copper cables.
- Possess practical experience in cable development for 800G and 1.6T products as well as capability for new product development.
- Be familiar with production processes, capable of resolving on-site manufacturing issues, and competent in process optimization and cost control.
- Follow up the mass production introduction of new products; communicate with customers in a timely manner to provide technical support and solutions; liaise with group affiliates with efficient communication to drive business growth; be available for business trips.
- Be proficient in high-frequency SI testing, able to interpret test reports and analyze root causes based on test data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in the wire and cable industry.
- Skilled in professional design software such as CAD.
- CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency and above.
