Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing a uniform understanding and a culture of continuous improvement and structured problem solving
- Further development, specification, and international rollout of the operational excellence approach, as well as standardization of our operational excellence solution (Kaizen Production System) based on LEAN & EFQM
- Developing and implementing proposals, concepts, and strategies for process optimization, such as digitalization, Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality
- Establishing methods and principles for our Operational Excellence Solution, as well as designing, organizing, and conducting training for employees and managers
- Developing and supporting the locations in the policy deployment process / Hoshin Kanri / goal deployment process, including organizing the necessary measures
- Conducting audits to determine the degree of maturity as a basis for the development of our value creation systems and crossinterface processes
- Supporting the implementation of new solutions and adapted structures based on quality, efficiency, methodology, and precise communication
- System analysis and development, management of (inter)national improvement projects, and ensuring the implementation of sustainable customerand companyrelevant results
- Preparation of highquality and professional (management) presentations and detailed documentation in the workshops / interviews
- Promotion of knowledge exchange within and outside the organization
Job Requirements
- Completed degree, preferably in economics or (industrial) engineering
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy and/or in a corresponding position in the manufacturing industry
- Indepth knowledge of LEAN methods, the EFQM model, digitalization, and Industry 4.0, as well as extensive experience in carrying out operational excellence projects
- Proven success in consulting and implementing operational excellence projects, as well as in the subsequent implementation/improvement process
- Experience in designing and implementing training courses as part of an “Operational Excellence Academy” Certification in the areas of LEAN, EFQM Excellence Model, and Industry 4.0 desirable
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Responsible, structured, and solutionoriented approach to work with a handson mentality
- Strong team, communication, and presentation skills in an international environment
- Confident and customeroriented manner combined with an enjoyment of change and strong
- social skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel extensively
