Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in program validation, document writing, training transfer, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with system/equipment go-live, upgrades, and migrations, which may require short-term business travel.
- Be responsible for the development of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) interface with external systems, such as ERP, PLM, etc.
- Be responsible for the development of the MES interface with factory equipment, including PLC program delivery and IoT data collection.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols: TCP/IP, OPC/UA, MQTT/Telegram, Modbus, etc.
- Possess over 5 years of experience in MES system and equipment integration development.
- Basic English communication skills for timely communication with external vendors and internal engineering teams.
- Excellent problem analysis ability, teamwork skills, and documentation skills.
