Consolidation Accounting Specialist
BizLink is seeking a meticulous and highly analytical Consolidation Accounting Specialist to ensure the accuracy and compliance of our global financial reporting. You will play a critical role in reviewing subsidiary financials, preparing consolidated financial statements, and ensuring strict adherence to IFRS. By providing in-depth financial analysis and supporting management decisions, you will be instrumental in maintaining our financial integrity and transparency as a global leader in interconnect solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review monthly closing reports from subsidiaries and coordinate closely with global teams to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of subsidiary financial statements and perform in-depth variance analysis on any abnormal accounting items.
- Prepare and review monthly long-term investment entries and execute complex consolidation-related workflows.
- Provide comprehensive financial data and analytical insights to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and finalize quarterly consolidated financial statements independently.
- Execute other company-wide financial projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related financial discipline.
- At least 4 years of overall working experience in accounting or finance operations.
- At least 2 years of auditing experience specifically within Big Four accounting firms.
- Deep understanding and strong familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for daily professional communication.
- High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for financial reporting.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible working attitude.
- Strong time management capabilities with the proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Highly preferred: Practical operating experience with major ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
