Connector FAE Manager (Tainan)
As the Connector FAE (Field Application Engineer) Manager, you will lead customer-facing technical initiatives and serve as a key bridge between clients and internal engineering teams. This role requires a deep understanding of connector products, including their technical specifications, design requirements, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with connector products and their applications, including technical specifications, design requirements, industry standards, etc. Understand market trends and competitor products.
- Possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, able to effectively market products and build trust and longterm relationships with customers.
- Have a background in mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering or related technologies, and be able to better understand customer needs and provide technical support.
- Good oral and written communication skills, able to clearly convey product features and advantages to customers and handle customer questions and problems
- Able to quickly analyze and solve technical problems encountered by customers in the process of using the product and provide customized solutions.
- Focus on customer needs and ensure that the products and services provided meet or even exceed customer expectations.
- Have keen market insight, be able to identify potential business opportunities, and formulate marketing strategies effectively.
Job Requirements
- More than 8 years of experience in connector industry
- Good oral and written communication skills
