Automated Assembly Workshop Supervisor
BizLink is seeking a proactive and experienced Automated Assembly Workshop Supervisor to lead our production floor. You will be responsible for coordinating personnel, optimizing automated assembly processes, and ensuring both production targets and strict quality standards are met. Leveraging your strong mechanical background and on-site leadership experience, you will drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe, efficient, and highly disciplined manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate personnel task allocation and ensure smooth sequencing and transition of production processes.
- Train new employees while strictly supervising daily operational discipline and workplace safety protocols.
- Optimize production workflows and assembly procedures to continuously improve manufacturing efficiency and product yield rates.
- Organize and manage daily production activities to consistently achieve production output and quality targets.
- Investigate, follow up on product anomalies, and provide direct technical support to resolve on-site manufacturing issues.
- Execute other operational tasks and ad-hoc projects as directed by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of overall working experience.
- Must have proven management and leadership experience.
- Solid background in on-site shop floor management within a manufacturing or automated assembly environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical concepts and automated assembly principles.
- Basic proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
