As an Accounting Specialist for Overseas Subsidiaries, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the company’s global entities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist overseas entities in preparing financial statements and coordinate AR/AC to
- ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of financial transactions, and
- assist in consolidating financial data from different regions to ensure consistency with the group’s overall financial reporting.
- Assist in managing the financial operations of overseas entities.
- Ensure overseas entities compliance with local accounting regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to conduct financial auditrelated activities.
- Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures in overseas entities and ensure alignment with the group’s accounting system.
- Collaborate with the management team to support the decisionmaking process and ensure that the financial activities of subsidiaries align with the group’s policy.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Graduated from accounting or finance related majors.
- 35 years of accounting or financial work experience, preferably working in a firm.
- Be familiar with accounting principles and practices, and be able to effectively integrate with the group's accounting system.
- Ability to communicate effectively with local teams and promote collaboration and integration within the group.
- Willing to travel internationally for short periods of time to Europe, America, China, Southeast Asia, etc.
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Have good analytical and problemsolving skills.
