BizLink Completes Acquisition of XFS Communications, Inc., Advancing Optical Interconnect Leadership for AI and Data Center Applications

BizLink Holding Inc. (TWSE: 3665) (“BizLink”), a global leader in interconnect solutions, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of XFS Communications, Inc. (“XFS”), an established optical communication product supplier based in Shenzhen, China. The transaction was executed through BizLink’s subsidiary, BizLink Electronics (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., and XFS will now operate as part of BizLink’s High Performance Computing Business Unit (HPCBU).

This strategic acquisition marks another milestone in BizLink’s expansion into the high-speed optical interconnect domain, further strengthening its R&D and mass production capabilities to support next-generation AI, data center, and high-performance computing applications.

Founded in Shenzhen, XFS specializes in the design and manufacturing of optical fiber interconnect products, including single- and dual-fiber patch cords, pigtails, multi-fiber cables, and MTP/MPO high-density assemblies. With the experienced management team and the advanced automated production lines, XFS provides high-quality optical solutions to leading global customers in the optical communication industry.

With the completion of this acquisition, XFS will play a key role in enhancing BizLink’s expertise in silicon photonics and co-packaged optics, enabling the company to accelerate development of next-generation optical interconnect technologies. The combination of XFS’s optical capabilities with BizLink’s global R&D, manufacturing, and customer network will create a comprehensive, one-stop solution portfolio for AI infrastructure and data center customers worldwide.
