Location: North America - Canada - Ontario
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory by identifying, labelling and placing materials in stock and recording location.
- Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials listed on production orders.
- Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas and manufacturing areas.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials
- Perform and report cycle counts
- Miscellaneous upkeep of equipment and area
- Comply with all safety rules & regulations
- Accurate and complete record keeping as required by management
- Maintain working area in a clean and orderly condition.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull products as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic and positive team player
- Able to bend and lift weight of up to 23kg (50lbs)
- Able to stand for extended period of time
- Able to multi-task
