Location: North America - Mexico - Juarez

Responsibilities:

• Openness for learning from other sites and cultures and openness for limited business travel in case of machine / technology transfer 
• Responsibility that the planned/implemented equipment, material flow and processes are able to provide a continuous production within the expected quantity and quality
• Analyzing of product drawings, definition of required process steps and process flow as well as definition of production layout
• Coordinates feasibility studies with the local team
• Participating in internal and external project meetings and functions as Bizlink Mexiko interface for process and equipment related topics
• Provided input for Project manager related to the creation of of the project time plan and follows the provided timeline in the daily work
• Responsible for the project related documentation (flow chart, layout, process/testing/equipment specifications, etc)
• Responsibility that equipment, materials, resources and capacities are available on time for start of production of new products.
• Gives final approval for production readiness of equipment
• Transfers production equipment, tools, preparations, processes, or lines to production
• Manages changes in accordance with the Guideline for EABU change management process
• Planning and coordination of training for technical employees and operators and controlling the quality of trainings given to operators 
• Manages and participates in projects related to the standardization of production processes and equipment, cost savings, production, and technology transfers
• Manages activities in the field of technical assignments for the purchase and production of equipment by external companies
• Participates in the “go live” and testing of project equipment
• Manages equipment modification projects and the introduction of new technologies
• Performs consultations in setting up and troubleshooting new technologies, facilities, operator training or equipment maintenance
• He is responsible for training in the introduction of new technologies
• Manages activities for production procedures, manuals, instructions creation and gives final approval of the documents
• Participates in technical negotiations regarding projected activities with external companies
• Collaborates in / or initiates continuous improvement projects (scrap, OEE, quality, OPEX, PDCA)
• Oversee the shopfloor quality department in accordance with requirements on product and processes.
• Responsibility for adherence to the existing quality management system and environmental management system in the extension of the managed processes and tasks
• Proceeds other tasks according to superior´s order, related to the job description, exceptionally out of this description

Qualifications:

• Fluent English in speaking and writing, should have Spanish / Mexican mother language
