Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and design of the mechanical structure of the company's products, including: plan formulation, mechanism design, material selection, component selection, etc.
• Responsible for other work related to the mechanical structure design of the company's products, including: design review, research on outsourced processing manufacturers, parts proofing, and samples 
• Confirmation, appearance confirmation, complete machine trial installation, etc.
• Responsible for cost assessment, production follow-up and control related to the company's product structure, including mold factory assessment, plastic parts and hardware cost assessment
• As well as corresponding production price negotiation and optimization work, he is also responsible for mold production follow-up and process cycle control, mold improvement and product optimization, etc.
• Responsible for the design of a complete set of mechanical structural drawings and the preparation and output of standardized documents
• Responsible for the proofreading and review of product project design drawings and technical documents after completion to ensure accuracy, completeness and clarity
• Responsible for participating in product technical reviews and effectively controlling design quality
• Responsible for the preparation of materials for applying product patents to the State Intellectual Property Office for related products
• Cooperate with relevant departments to optimize and improve product design
• Complete other tasks assigned by the company;

Qualifications:

• Graduated from mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing and other related majors, bachelor degree or above
• Engaged in mechanical product design for more than 3 years, familiar with mechanical structure design and mechanical component selection, and familiar with material properties and processing techniques such as sheet metal, injection molding, and machining
• Familiar with relevant standards of mechanical drawing, familiar with various tolerance coordination and application of geometric tolerances
• Have feasibility analysis and failure mode analysis capabilities, understand cost accounting and cost and construction schedule control, and understand parts and structural design optimization
• Trained in project management, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, DOE, product knowledge
• Strong logical thinking ability, clear expression, and strong communication skills
• Work conscientiously and proactively, have a positive attitude, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, and have the courage to innovate
• Be able to endure hardships and stand hard work, be able to withstand greater work pressure, and have good teamwork spirit and coordination skills
• Proficient in using AUTOCAD, Solidwork and other drawing software
• Have strong English communication skills, with listening, reading, writing and speaking skills.
