Company: BizLink Special Cables (Changzhou) Co., Ltd.

Location: Greater China-Jiangsu-Changzhou

Responsibilities:

• Support the overall lean concept and its implementation
• Identify Kaizen opportunities by VSM, 7 waste, Gemba walk, etc.
• According to yearly policy deployment, lead/facilitate continuous improvement projects, training, workshops to drive culture change, including OEE, TPM, SMED, Material flow, Std. work, 6 sigma, etc.
• As an internal project leader to coordinate some leadership developing projects as PC, HANCHO, SFM etc.
• Manage the idea system for idea collection, evaluation, and reward
• Coordinate the OKR system definition, explanation, and deviation check
• Implement the KPS standard step by step in the whole plant and ensure the KPS audit from headquarter

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majored in industry engineering or related
• 5 years' working experience in lean production
• Experiences of applying all kinds of the lean knowledge & tools (VSM, TPM, SMED, Material flow, Standard work, Problem solving, Six sigma, etc.)
• Good command of English
