Warehouse Supervisor
This position serves a critical role in overseeing and optimizing large-scale warehouse operations for electronic components. The core value of the role is to ensure accurate, standardized, and highly efficient logistics flows through the establishment of robust management systems and automated storage solutions. The professional will lead on-site warehouse personnel and manage the complete product lifecycle from acceptance to issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and improve warehousing management systems and operational procedures.
- Strictly manage product acceptance and warehousing, storage and preservation, verification and issuance, as well as returns and exchanges in accordance with established regulations and procedures, ensuring accuracy in quantities, quality, and documentation.
- Organize and maintain effective on-site warehouse management to ensure standardized and rational cargo placement, smooth logistics flow, and efficient management.
- Assist, supervise, and provide guidance to warehouse management personnel.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or higher; 5+ years of warehouse management experience (including 3+ years as a warehouse supervisor) and familiarity with electronic components.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills, organizational and management capabilities, ability to follow directives, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in MES, ERP, and office software; basic knowledge of finance.
- Experience in setting up large-scale warehouse operations from scratch (0-to-1 implementation) and experience with automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS).
