Warehouse Operator
BizLink is seeking a meticulous and responsible Warehouse Operator to manage our inventory and logistics operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of goods, ensuring accuracy in receiving, storage, and material distribution. By maintaining precise system data and an organized warehouse environment, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing efficiency and supply chain integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the comprehensive management of warehouse goods, including inspection, receiving, put-away, material issuance, safekeeping, inventory counting, and account reconciliation.
- Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene of the warehouse environment and all stored products.
- Ensure the proper safekeeping and systematic archiving of all relevant logistics documentation and certificates.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into warehouse management systems to maintain real-time inventory visibility.
- Execute other warehouse-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years of proven working experience specifically in warehouse or logistics management.
- Possession of a valid Forklift Operator License (堆高機操作技術士) is mandatory.
- Highly proficient in inbound receiving, inventory marking, storage placement, and cyclical inventory counting.
- Skilled in defining and managing warehouse processes, system maintenance, and picking/packing/replenishment operations.
- Familiar with formal signing and inspection procedures for incoming materials to ensure quality and quantity accuracy.
- Practical experience with SAP or MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain high data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
