Stamping Mold Technician
BizLink is seeking a skilled Stamping Mold Technician to maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot our tooling operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring production efficiency by performing routine mold maintenance, resolving operational issues on the line, and supporting the assembly and trial of new molds to meet our high manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance on stamping molds to ensure optimal condition.
- Execute daily machine checks and maintenance to guarantee the normal and safe operation of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mold malfunctions promptly during the production process to minimize downtime.
- Adjust and calibrate molds to ensure they strictly meet production specifications and quality requirements.
- Propose mold improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and fully cooperate with departmental schedules.
- Participate in the assembly and trial testing (tryouts) of new molds to verify they meet production demands.
- Document all repair, maintenance, and improvement activities to maintain comprehensive mold history logs.
- Execute other tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of overall working experience.
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in stamping mold repair and maintenance.
- Strong familiarity with the structures, mechanisms, and working principles of various types of stamping molds.
- Basic proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
