Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
BizLink is seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to safeguard our product excellence and elevate our quality management systems. You will play a central role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing New Product Introduction (NPI) quality planning, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving quality issues. Leveraging your deep expertise in electronics manufacturing and rigorous quality standards, you will establish robust inspection processes that maintain our reputation for delivering top-tier interconnect solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the continuous promotion of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and maintain comprehensive systematic documentation.
- Plan, develop, and execute rigorous quality assurance plans for New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Handle customer complaints promptly, conduct root-cause analyses, and provide exceptional quality-related customer service.
- Establish, standardize, and strictly enforce process quality control and inspection operating procedures.
- Lead and facilitate various continuous quality improvement activities and initiatives across the manufacturing facility.
- Execute other quality-related projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management.
Job Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience specifically within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a deep understanding of ISO/TS16949 standards.
- Skilled in formulating precise inspection standards for new products and monitoring the quality of raw materials and finished goods.
- Experienced in executing incoming/outgoing quality control, NPI inspections, and analyzing supplier material anomalies.
- Highly capable of drafting, compiling, and analyzing product reliability reports.
- Proven ability to plan and implement effective customer service quality assurance procedures.
- Possession of professional certifications such as Certified Quality Technician (CQT), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or ISO/TS16949 Auditor qualification is highly preferred
