Key Responsibilities:
- Production Operation Management: the reserve cadre will be responsible for specific production operation management during the rotation process, which includes planning production tasks, supervising production progress, managing the production team, and ensuring product quality is up to standard.
- Quality Control: Ensure product quality meets specifications and customer requirements, and participate in quality inspection, process improvement, and problem analysis.
- Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement: Participate in manufacturing cost control, process optimization and management to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team management and development: In the course of his work, the reserve cadres will be responsible for managing the production team, which includes team building, training and performance evaluation to ensure the team can work efficiently.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of production plans and optimal allocation of resources.
- Reporting and Decision Support: Report regularly to senior management on production status, cost analysis, problems and recommendations, and participate in the manufacturing decisionmaking process.
- Project Management: May be responsible for some specific projects, such as new product introduction, production line optimization, etc., which require the reserve cadres to have strong project management skills.

- Data Analysis Skills: Familiar with datadriven decision making and able to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency through data analysis.
- Technical Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and equipment, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

- Strong learning ability: Willing and able to learn and grow in a rapidly changing environment and adapt to new technology and management trends.
- Stress Tolerance: Ability to remain calm in a highstress environment and persevere in the face of challenges.
- Strong Sense of Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility, able to take full responsibility for production and management of his/her own responsibility.
- International Perspective:
- English fluency: Fluent in spoken and written English, with preference given to candidates with international work experience.
- Intercultural Adaptability: For companies with global operations, an international perspective and crosscultural management skills are a plus, as is the ability to adapt to and lead multicultural teams.
