As a Senior Manufacturing Management Reserve, you'll oversee critical manufacturing functions through rotational assignments, responsible for optimizing production flow, implementing quality controls, managing costs, and leading operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Operation Management: The reserve cadre will be responsible for specific production operation management during the rotation process, which includes planning production tasks, supervising production progress, managing the production team, and ensuring product quality is up to standard.
  • Quality Control: Ensure product quality meets specifications and customer requirements, and participate in quality inspection, process improvement, and problem analysis.
  • Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement: Participate in manufacturing cost control, process optimization, and management to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team management and development: In the course of his work, the reserve cadres will be responsible for managing the production team, which includes team building, training, and performance evaluation to ensure the team can work efficiently.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of production plans and optimal allocation of resources.
  • Reporting and Decision Support: Report regularly to senior management on production status, cost analysis, problems, and recommendations, and participate in the manufacturing decision-making process.
  • Project Management: May be responsible for some specific projects, such as new product introduction, production line optimization, etc., which require the reserve cadres to have strong project management skills.

Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership potential with the ability to effectively manage teams, drive projects, and solve problems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve complex technical and management problems in the manufacturing process.
  • Communication and Coordination Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with people at different levels and departments and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Familiar with data-driven decision making and able to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency through data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes, and equipment, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Willing and able to learn and grow in a rapidly changing environment and adapt to new technology and management trends.
  • Ability to remain calm in a high-stress environment and persevere in the face of challenges.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to take full responsibility for the production and management of his/her own work.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with preference given to candidates with international work experience.
  • For companies with global operations, an international perspective and cross-cultural management skills are a plus, as is the ability to adapt to and lead multicultural teams.
