Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to analyze data, automate processes, and enhance campaign performance. Leverage machine learning and predictive analytics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using AI-driven analytics tools. Prepare detailed reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage content strategies that align with our brand voice and resonate with target audiences. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and engages potential customers effectively.
- Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies. Provide guidance and support on digital marketing best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Use AI-driven market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. Experience in the cable manufacturing or B2B sector is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI tools and technologies for digital marketing purposes, including data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and content management systems. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and software is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or degrees in AI or data science are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that differentiate us from competitors.
