QE Engineer
As a QE Engineer at BizLink, you will ensure the highest quality standards for our electronics products. You will lead quality improvement initiatives, manage customer complaints, and oversee end-to-end process control. This role is designed for professional, technology-oriented talents capable of collaborating within multinational cross-border teams to deliver reliable products to global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of process quality abnormalities, quality improvement initiatives, and abnormal meetings; oversee improvement actions and follow up until closure.
- Confirm first-article and limit samples, provide required customer documentation, identify pollution sources in processes, conduct risk assessments, implement control planning activities, and effectively manage the entire process.
- Participate in developing product inspection methods and standards, and assist in drafting quality-related documents.
- Handle customer complaints and returns, track and verify corrective actions for complaint resolution.
- Communicate with customers and promptly provide required information.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in electronics, information technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Office software, familiar with the seven QC tools and the 8D analysis method, as well as other quality management tools.
- At least 2 years of quality assurance experience in the electronics industry.
