Project Specialist
As a Project Specialist in Product Development, you will serve as the critical bridge between customer requirements and internal technical execution. You are expected to navigate multi-local resources, manage complex timelines, and drive projects from the RFQ stage to successful delivery within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement projects in the product development, involving all required multi-local resources to meet the customer requirements.
- Coordinate and define with the internal team the technical & cost requirements with the project descriptions from RFQ.
- Plan internal and external capacities, appointing the team members, taking into account the individual project.
- Coordinate and make sure smooth & timely communication between the customer and internal team.
- Evaluate all potential risks and opportunities of the project and communicate them to the appropriate management team.
- Set up project schedule and make sure relevant factors are under control with deadline targets.
- Support continuous improvement efforts as required.
- Other tasks assigned by the department supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above. PMP is a plus.
- More than 2 years of relevant professional experience in engineering and/or project management.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of problem-solving experience.
- Management experience of multiple projects and know how to co-work with a cross-functional team, multinational experience is a plus.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks, organize, and prioritize workload is crucial.
- Good communication, organization, and coordination skills, excellent execution capabilities.
- Good at written and verbal English.
