Product Engineer Manager
Responsible for overseeing and managing overall product and engineering activities within the manufacturing facility while ensuring that products are produced to meet quality standards, production schedules, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the overall Product engineer team KPI(s) and corporate KPI(s).
- To be involved in component and material supplier evaluation.
- To assist customers with product engineering issues.
- Supervise the Product Engineers and Technicians of the department to complete their given assignments.
- To supervise Product Engineers in preparing new project management.
- Authorized to amend the documentation information if found incorrect from the customer drawing /specification.
- Any other duties as requested by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronic, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- At least 5 or 10 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, if experience as a Product Engineer Manager is a Plus!
- At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing electronics company, especially in wire harness.
- Excellent verbal, reading, and written communication skills in Indonesian and English language, Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong decision-making and people management skills
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
- Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
