As a PM Senior Specialist/Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set departmental goals, formulate and promote the overall project management strategy of Tainan Plant, and supervise the effective implementation of each project to achieve company goals.
- Lead the project management team to plan, execute, monitor and evaluate the project to ensure that the project achieves its goals.
- Responsible for crossdepartmental communication and coordination to ensure the effective integration of resources from each department and the smooth implementation of projects.
- Regularly review project progress, cost control and quality management, and promptly conduct risk control and problem handling
- Responsible for cultivating and managing the project management team, improving the team's professional capabilities and teamwork spirit.
- Regularly report the overall performance of the project management department to senior management and provide projectrelated suggestions and solutions.
- Promote the introduction and improvement of project management methodology and tools, and optimize the project management system.
- To handle matters assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Be able to express yourself and have good logical ability, be able to handle several projects simultaneously and communicate with the team.
- Highly motivated and proactive in tracking project progress.
- Good integration ability, able to carry out work projects in parallel and adjust work sequencing appropriately.
- Experience in project management or manufacturing is a plus.
