Manual Assembly Operator
BizLink is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual Assembly Operator to join our production team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of our high-quality products. By executing hands-on assembly operations, organizing materials, and maintaining a well-ordered workspace, you will directly contribute to our production momentum and help deliver reliable interconnect solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on assembly operations on the production line to ensure product quality and meet daily output targets.
- Assist in organizing and managing production line materials, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
- Support daily production tracking and work order reporting (shop floor data collection).
- Maintain a clean, highly organized, and safe workshop environment by strictly adhering to 6S methodologies.
- Execute other production-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of overall working experience, preferably within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and basic workplace safety awareness.
