IT admimistrator Senior
Ensure the high availability, security, and performance of the enterprise's on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure. As the core technical lead responsible for hardware/software lifecycle management, network systems, server administration, and L1/L2 user technical support within the group, you will drive the standardization of daily operations, implement automated system solutions, and maintain seamless collaboration across production plants and with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of IT equipment (hardware and software) in a Windows operating system environment.
- Administration and maintenance of telecommunication systems.
- Administration and maintenance of copiers, AV equipment, and CCTV systems.
- Support for users of IT equipment, AV technology, and telecommunication devices.
- Network data backup management.
- Responsibility for access rights management and attendance system administration.
- Software inventory management and license administration.
- Communication with production plants within the group.
- Communication with IT support teams within the group.
- Administration of server and network infrastructure (on-premises).
- Administration and support of Microsoft 365.
- Installation, configuration, and updating of servers and business applications.
- Monitoring, diagnostics, and resolution of incidents and security risks.
- Software deployment, patch management, and remote device management.
- Participation in the implementation of new IT projects and automation solutions.
- Maintaining documentation of service interventions and IT infrastructure.
- Providing technical support to users (L1/L2).
Job Requirements
- Installation and administration of servers and end-user devices in a Windows operating system environment.
- Ability to independently resolve technical incidents and operational issues.
- Installation, configuration, and administration of workstation hardware and software.
- Administration of corporate IT services (email, cloud, and collaboration services).
- Management of user accounts and access rights in the Microsoft Active Directory environment.
- Troubleshooting operational incidents and users’ technical issues.
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, and protection principles.
- Advanced understanding of network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of information security and cybersecurity principles.
- Cooperation with external IT and information systems vendors.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for the IT environment.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure in a medium-sized organization.
- Practical experience with daily IT operations and user support.
- Experience in cooperation and coordination with external IT vendors.
- Experience with IT environment and process documentation.
- High level of independence and responsibility.
- Systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle incidents under pressure.
- Professional communication skills with both non-IT users and management.
