The HPCBU Sales Assistant is responsible for providing and maintaining sales performance data, assisting with the in-house follow-up of contracts and shipments, coordinating administrative tasks, and must be a conscientious individual with strong communication and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and maintain data, including the compilation, inquiry, and management of sales reports and departmental sales performance statistics.
- Assist sales personnel with in-house follow-up on contracts, client visits, quotations, sampling, and shipment progress.
- Handle client visits, data organization, filing, and coordination of daily departmental and company administrative affairs.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
