Equipment Engineer
BizLink is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Equipment Engineer to oversee and optimize the performance of our precision production machinery. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our manufacturing equipment, from routine preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to high-level parameter tuning and system upgrades. By implementing standardized maintenance protocols and leading the introduction of new equipment, you will play a vital role in maximizing equipment uptime, production efficiency, and product yield to support our global manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of precision equipment on the production line to ensure consistent and uninterrupted operation in production mode.
- Execute comprehensive routine and preventive maintenance programs, including meticulous parts replacement and lubrication, to maintain machines in optimal condition.
- Perform rapid diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment anomalies, such as system overloads or temperature irregularities, to execute timely repairs and minimize downtime.
- Analyze machine operational parameters and implement precision adjustments, modifications, or upgrades to continuously enhance equipment utilization, efficiency, and yield.
- Evaluate new manufacturing equipment, plan systematic introduction workflows, and establish standardized operating and maintenance systems.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance processes, failure analysis, and improvement solutions while drafting formal equipment usage specifications.
- Execute other technical equipment projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven professional working experience in equipment engineering or mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for professional technical communication and documentation.
- High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and engineering design software, specifically AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in electronic product technology transfer, system testing, equipment maintenance, and quality inspection protocols.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong foundation in mechanical and electronic principles.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively across manufacturing units.
- Meticulous and responsible working attitude with a strong commitment to industrial safety and production quality.
