DTO engineer
This position is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance and functional development of the group's internal systems, including database architecture design, system integration and RPA automation process implementation, to support business needs analysis, system optimization and upgrades, and the implementation of digital transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operation and maintenance, and backend management of the group's internal systems (human resources and other systems).
- Cooperate with the company's relevant policies and processes, write programs, and develop and expand system functions to meet the needs of the group's evolving organizational structure.
- Develop and implement backend databases for front-end business logic (Oracle database operation is preferred).
- Be responsible for collecting integration requirements (interfaces, etc.) between various systems within the enterprise, and execute and implement integration plans.
- Evaluate existing systems and business needs, and provide timely suggestions for system upgrades, expansions, and improvements.
- Configure the group's digital transformation policy, perform data automation processing (RPA) to reduce manual operations and improve work efficiency.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, major in computer software engineering, database development;
- Good English.
- Experience in enterprise system operation and maintenance, Python language is preferred.
- Awareness of system data information confidentiality, internal company data must not be leaked.
