As a CSR in Customer Business Services, you'll manage key customer accounts, be responsible for handling forecasts and orders, coordinating shipment plans, supporting quotation/costing, and resolving service issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internally correspond to the company's business needs, including quotation, delivery time, production capacity, etc.
  • Customer FCST management, formulate material preparation plan, track customer orders, and regularly discuss order shipment plans with customers and sales.
  • Assist the general manager and business team with quotation strategy and cost analysis.
  • Handling of customer complaints and return and exchange procedures.
  • Manage the customer service team.
  • To handle matters assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Handle customer needs carefully and patiently.
  • Be highly proactive, respond to customer feedback immediately and internally, and reply to customers quickly.
  • Good communication skills.
