CSR cum PJM Assistant Manager
The CSR/PJM Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the customer service and project management functions in the Vietnam facility, ensuring a seamless interface between global clients and local manufacturing. Your mission is to oversee the end-to-end execution of AEC (Active Electrical Cable) projects, from initial order placement to final delivery, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting factory operational KPIs. This role requires a combination of strong trade knowledge and strategic project coordination to drive business success in the AI and Data Center sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution & Oversight: Supervise the execution of team tasks, ensuring all customer orders and project milestones for high-speed cables are met on time.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex issues that subordinates cannot handle, maintaining positive relations with global clients.
- Demand Planning & Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer forecasts to coordinate with Production and PMC departments for capacity planning.
- Trade & Logistics Coordination: Apply professional knowledge in international trade, customs (Customs-Trade Partnership), and finance to ensure compliant and efficient shipping processes.
- Team Governance & Mentorship: Allocate tasks, motivate, and evaluate team performance to build a highly efficient CSR/PJM unit.
Job Requirements
- Five years of experience in foreign trade, order management, or project management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in electronic manufacturing or cable assembly is preferred. Candidates from the Notebook (NB), Smartphone, or Wearable electronics sectors are highly welcome.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or English.
- Professional fluency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), customs regulations, and basic financial knowledge. / 對國際貿易術語 (Incoterms).
- Excellent negotiation, public relations, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Ability to handle complex data and provide various analytical reports for management decision-making.
- Experience in working for a start-up manufacturing site in North Vietnam.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software.
- Knowledge of specific customer standards for Tier 1 tech companies.
