Account Manager: Remote in SW Region

Account Manager – (Southwest Territory) BizLink Robotic Solutions USA is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Account Manager to spearhead our growth within the Southwest Territory. This role is the primary engine for market expansion, responsible for identifying new opportunities and managing key automation accounts. You will act as the critical link between our customers’ complex automation needs and BizLink’s innovative product/service groups. This position requires a "hunter mentality” with a dedicated approach to Client retention and creative problem-solving. Success in this role is defined by meeting forecasted sales goals and delivering world-class customer satisfaction through strategic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new customer opportunities to successfully expand into key target markets.
  • Generate formal and informal leads continually to maintain a robust and active sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Actively promote and sell applicable BizLink products and services, including representing the company at trade shows and marketing events.
  • Maintain leadership at established sites and coordinate effectively with local account managers to strengthen key accounts.
  • Act as a consultative liaison to bridge the gap between customers' automation needs and BizLink’s technical service groups.
  • Develop and execute specific relationship maintenance strategies for existing organizational contacts to ensure high retention.
  • Manage budgeted sales goals and provide accurate monthly rolling forecasts utilizing corporate CRM software.
  • Prepare and track customer quotes accurately, while providing support to Accounts Receivable for payment collections.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality Management, and Customer Service to ensure world-class customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere strictly to all corporate compliance rules, policies, and the BizLink Code of Conduct.
  • Participate actively in team-building projects and meetings focused on continuous improvement and streamlining internal processes.
  • Commit to a 60%+ travel schedule to prioritize on-site customer visitation and maximize regional profitability.

Job Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Over 5 years of related sales experience.
  • Robot and Automation experience.
  • Wire Cable experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cooperative and enjoys working in a cohesive team.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivating and willing to learn.
