Location: North America - Canada - Ontario

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the local team, the project team in Germany, and the external consultants to ensure successful ERP upgrade implementation.
• Coordinate with external contractors to implement enhancements in reporting, management dashboards, and other systems.
• Assist with the planning, testing, and deployment of system upgrades and new implementations.
• Conduct thorough requirement analyses, prepare detailed project documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure systems are configured to meet business needs while maintaining data integrity and security.
• Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new systems and features.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
• Stay informed of the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to current systems.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, preferably with ERP systems.
• Strong project management skills and experience working with international teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with data privacy standards and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
