Responsibilities:

  • Customer order management-SAP system order creation, material and production scheduling tracking, shipping system maintenance and invoice issuance.
  • Customer FCST management, draw up material preparation plans, track customer orders, and discuss order shipping plans with customers and business every week.
  • Customer complaints and return and exchange process handling.
  • Quotation application operation.
  • Sample application work.
  • Cross-unit communication and scheduling coordination.
  • Responsible for tasks assigned by the supervisor.
