Responsibilities:
- Establishing a uniform understanding and a culture of continuous improvement and structured problem solving
- Further development, specification and international rollout of the Operational Excellence approach and Standardization of our
- Operational Excellence Solution (Kaizen Production System) on the basis of LEAN & EFQM
- Development and implementation of proposals, concepts and strategies for process optimization such as for example digitalization,
- Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence and virtual reality
- Development of methods and principles for our Operational Excellence Solution as well as conception, organization and Implementation of training courses for employees and managers
- Developing and supporting the locations in the policy deployment process (Hoshin Kanri) target development process incl. Organization of the necessary measures
- Conducting audits to determine the level of maturity as the basis for the development of our value creation systems and cross-interface processes
- Support in the implementation of new solutions and adapted structures based on quality, efficiency, methodology and precise communication
- System analysis and development, management of (inter)national improvement projects and ensuring the implementation of sustainable customer and company-relevant results
- Preparation of high-quality and professional (management) presentations and detailed documentation in the workshops / interviews
- Promoting the exchange of knowledge within and outside the organization
Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy and/or in a relevant position in the manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of LEAN methods, the EFQM model, digitalization and Industry 4.0 as well as in-depth knowledge of Operation Excellence project implementation experience
- Proven track record of success in consulting and implementation of Operation Excellence projects and in the subsequent implementation/improvement process
- Experience in designing and delivering training within the "Operation Excellence Academy "
- Desirable certifications in the areas of LEAN, EFQM Excellence Model and Industry 4.0
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Responsible, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a practical mindset
- Strong team, communication and presentation skills in an international environment
- Confident and customer-oriented demeanor combined with enthusiasm for change and strong interpersonal skills social skills
- Fluency in English, communication skills in another world language welcome
- High willingness to travel
