Senior Program Manager

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the project transfer, including establishing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, legal, and finance teams, to develop and implement transfer strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions during the transfer process, ensuring continuity of operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  • Oversee the selection and qualification of suppliers, vendors, and partners in Southeast Asia, negotiating contracts and agreements to support project requirements.
  • Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements to streamline operations and maximize productivity in the new location.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, identifying and addressing issues or deviations as needed.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, trade laws, and international standards governing the transfer of operations between countries.
  • Foster positive relationships with local government agencies, industry associations, and community stakeholders in Southeast Asia to facilitate project implementation and integration.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, manufacturing processes, and trade regulations, particularly in China and Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational levels and functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, manage ambiguity, and navigate challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to develop and execute innovative solutions to achieve project objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, or Lean Six Sigma, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support project activities and stakeholder engagements.
