Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the improvement and improvement of the employment and recruitment system
• Formulate recruitment plans for direct, indirect and general management personnel
• Maintain and expand recruitment channels
• Based on the company's development and the employment needs of each department, review the qualifications for direct, indirect, and general management positions, formulate recruitment plans, implement recruitment through internal, intermediary, open recruitment, etc., organize interviews, re-examinations, and select new employees
• Implementation, execution and evaluation of training plans and group training projects.
• Coordination of internal and external training, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, administrative management, secretarial, Chinese and other related majors
• More than 3 years of experience in human resources or administrative management in large or medium-sized foreign-invested manufacturing enterprises
• Strong communication and coordination skills and certain management capabilities
• Have certain English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, oral skills are preferred
• Proficient in using Office software and email
• Have strong collaborative spirit and team awareness.
