Location: Greater China-Fujian-Xiamen

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new product/sample development of wiring harness
• Project management of new wire harness product development
• Quotations, drawings, specifications, subpoenas (requisition lists), and sample tracking for new wire harness products/samples
• SAP data maintenance for new wire harness products, production and update of process documents
• Analysis and rectification of unqualified items of new wire harness products/samples
• Update and management of technical information/data during the development process
• Process tracking of the first mass production of new wire harness products
• Correct review of technical data of other personnel
• Provide technical support and replies to other departments
• Product standardization and continuous improvement
• Temporary projects and other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical design or electronics related major, bachelor degree or above
• More than 3 years of work experience in the design and development of white goods or wiring harness products for forklifts, automobiles, medical, etc.
• Familiar with the production process and working principles of white home appliance wiring harness products
• Proficient in knowledge of white goods wire harness products and production process technology applications
• Trained in project management, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, DOE, product knowledge
• Good calculation, understanding, logical thinking, and expression skills
• Work conscientiously and proactively, have a positive attitude, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be good at communication
• Be able to endure hardships and stand hard work, be able to withstand greater work pressure, and have good teamwork spirit and coordination skills
