Company: BizLink Technology (Xiamen) Ltd.
Location: Greater China-China-Fujian (Xiamen)
Responsibilities:
- According to the incoming materials and shipping plans provided by CSR and procurement, arrange the transportation of goods in a timely manner and prepare relevant import and export customs declaration materials
- Handle the declaration of certificate of origin for entry and exit commodities; declare and write off imported products exempt from 3C products & materials excluded from the US market; assist customs and commodity inspection import and export inspections; handle production capacity certificates from the Foreign Investment Bureau, data report statistics, etc.
- Inquiry, price comparison, booking, loading, bill of lading verification and other documents for import and export freight, logistics and transportation arrangements, cargo tracking, bill verification and payment request, etc.
- Transportation arrangements for domestically sold goods, circulation and declaration of goods in different special customs supervision zones, as well as bill verification and payment requisition
- Make overall arrangements for import and export goods, control logistics costs, and work closely with other departments to maintain good communication to ensure smooth customs clearance of import and export goods;
Qualifications:
- College degree or above, good English
- Fresh graduates are also required (customs declaration major)
- More than one year of relevant work experience
