Location: Indonesia-Batam

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop policies and system management Finance & Accounting
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports and make preparation on aligning company financial objectives with corporate strategic plan
• Plan, coordinate and control the company’s cash flow, account balance, receivables and payables.
• Providing leadership to the finance team including responsibility for the individual development of team members and succession planning
• Maintains an accurate filling and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
• Manage accounting system & corporate tax filing according to local regulatory and corporate standards
• Identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit and operational risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations on capital allocation and asset management. Monitor investment performance and adjust strategies based on market conditions and organizational objectives
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance field with 5 years in leadership roles.
• Preferred hands on experience in accounting process using ERP system (e.g. SAP)
• Have strong interpersonal relationship skills and able communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
• In depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving & decision-making capabilities.
• High agility to work under ambiguity to initiate continuous improvement
• Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
