Company: BizLink International Corp.

Location: Greater China-Taiwan-New Taipei City

Responsibilities:

Driving the initiation of enterprise digital transformation and business process re-engineering (BPR)

• Collect and analyze data in response to the company's digital transformation plannings
• Understand user's requirements and conduct process mapping
• Design TO-BE processes, communicate with counterparts for confirmation, and produce required documents and training manuals. Documentation should be written in English
• Co-work with engineers, assist in testing and training activities
• Expand interests to other business units

Qualifications:

"Quick learner with strong problem solving skills and excellent ability to integrate and converge issues. Effective communicator, responsive and able to adapt quickly to cross-functional collaboration.

• Should meet at least one of the following requirements
  • Familiarity with ERP workflows, especially SAP platform
  • Familiarity with RPA tools, especially UiPath
  • Familiarity with BI tools, especially SAP BI Platform
  • Ability to clarify the current situation through process mapping and data analysis
  • Knowledge of process analysis and improvement techniques
  • Experience in system implementation is preferred
