Location: Greater China-Jiangsu-Changzhou
Responsibilities:
- Design process and process flow from the product design phase
- Research and introduce the new process or technology to mass production
- Make training document and implement training for relative people according to HR plan
- New fixture and tools development from design until release
- Capacity analyze
- Production problem hunting
- Use IE Skill to improve Process flow,Line balance and production efficiency
- Release standard new machines or equipment
- Others task arranged by supervisor temporarily
Qualifications:
- College degree or above in mechanical, electrical engineering or materials major
- Have more than 3 years of work experience in technology or manufacturing
- Proficient in SAP operation
- Familiar with production technology and time measurement, such as REFA, etc.
- Trained in project management, lean production and foolproofing
