Company: BizLink Technology (Xiamen) Ltd.
Location: Greater China-Fujian-Xiamen
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new project introduction and design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Responsible for new process research and equipment verification, DOE
- Responsible for the preparation of process documents, such as (Follow Chart/PFMEA/WI)
- Responsible for tooling design, verification and release
- Responsible for new product production line layout
- Responsible for working hours measurement and maintenance
- Responsible for wire harness and power cord process improvement and improvement projects
- Responsible for the development and standardization of new processes for wiring harnesses and power cords
- Responsible for summarizing and improving product process problems, improving production efficiency, reducing defective rates, saving costs, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Science and Engineering
- More than 4 years of working experience in product process design and improvement
- Familiar with IE techniques
- Familiar with REFA
- Familiar with FEMA
- Trained in project management
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and Office software
- Good reasoning, expression and communication skills
- Good English reading and writing skills.
